Anyways, not sure how many of you have actually sat down and talked about a lawsuit with an attorney.

It starts out you tell your story to the lawyer and he says "wow, we can win this case!. Oh yeah, when do we get started? " As soon as you cut me a check for xx,xxx.xx"
Sure we are going to win?
" No way in telling till we get all the facts on the table, never know, but from what I see here in front of me, we should prevail"
" Just give me a check for xx,xxx,xx and we can get started"

of course there is always the theory that your lawyer will wait till pay day to get paid, but, don't think this is the situation here.

Anyways, what happened to the other attorney that was handling the filing to uplist to the otcbb?
The one that the pr said was doing otcbb, but the lawsuit says was actually making demand letters to Sam...
