Shaun, one question if I may re the Roger Pawson missing 4 million shares! Is the missing certificate for the Preferred A shares or Common Stock? If it is for the Preferred A shares, you stated he must get YOUR approval to convert it to Common Stock so it essentially locks Roger Pawson out of selling any shares into the open market! Your clarification would be appreciated!
