After thinking carefully POPN and AVT need each other to become a Major Player ,like the 'weiner and the bun' put them together and got got the HOTDOG. AVT's hugh tech venting machines ,POPN's nutritional 'ready to eat products' popcorn,nuts,fruit,soup ect. Vending machines are the future's answer to the present 'get in line and prcedd to check out' cashier or scan out.
