I forgot he was offered $60mill for 4 yrs till I just read it. Beltran is the top free agent this year and most teams offers are in the $13million range right now.

There have been quite a few signings reported in the last 15 minutes. Radke has resigned with the Twins, the Yanks have picked up Womack, and probably a few others just being reported.
