The New Twi Lite claim on 11th February 2010 was to the west of the existing three claims (one each in the names of KAT Exploration, Ken Stead and Tim Stead). The new area is shown below in orange...
The areas claimed to the north east of Twi Lite are claimed by Lloyd Pike and Kal Malhi. I've not been able to find out anything interesting about either of these guys or their claims, although someone else might be able to do a better job.
