REVISED POST: I take it from what Hermso said that there a difference between confirmation of the candidate and the actual completion. The day of the completion should be the big moving day correct? If this was a big board stock I could see confirmation being the big day on a regular merger, but since this is a pinky shell and a reverse merger I would think completion day would be moving day. I would appreciate any thoughts from the experts.
