The claims were never registered in the name of CMKM. During 2002 -- the claims were registered in the names of: BUCKSHOT HOLDINGS, LTD. ("Buckshot"), COMMANDO HOLDINGS LTD. ("Commando"), 101010307 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. ("Sask 307"), 101012190 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. ("Sask 190"), 101027101 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. ("Sask 101") and MORGAIN MINERALS, INC. Koch came in, and restaked the same claims in his name. Then CMKM paid Koch $5 million dollars a year for the mineral lease of those claimes (around $42 million dollars in stock). After the shares were sold: Koch received the money -- and Koch gave Urban his kickback.
