I agree. There won't be a ton of development here in the short-term and there will be some smart people out there who will twist this into a bad situation despite the fact that we all know this is part of the plan.

I think it is better for us to expect that the stock will be extremely volatile until we have an accurate gauge for sales numbers. And by my count, that won't happen until August. For long-term investors, it doesn't matter. For short-term, it does.
