Do you know how much it would cost to hire a transfer agent?

Yes, I hold stock in a private company and they pay an outside transfer agent $800 per month to handle the stock book and transfers up to 20 transfers per month. They charge $8 per transfer for activity above that level which hasn't happened in the past 3 years. $50,000 per month would be the cost of a crooked transfer agent handiling 50,000 shareholders in a publicly traded company with a gazilion outstanding shares with a lot of activitiy. That does't describe CMKX at this point.

When Judge Murray stated get your financials in order and you can continue to trade what did she mean by this?

She meant meet all the requirements of a publicly traded company with proper filings and registration statements. This doesn't describe CMKX at this point.

Even if CMKX were to trade again, you would never recoup your original investment for the reasons stated previously.

And how come you side step the business deal they have with Emerson?

I didn't side step it. The deal has no value and there is no reason to think that it will ever have any vale for CMKX.

Trading doesn't mean a company has any value. CMKX never had any value as a company except for providing illegal gains for UC, Edwards, et al.
