Investorman,,,Ultimately who sold these shares? Who becomes responsible for the sale of these "Unregistered Securities" thru the open market?

The company. They issued them and they are responsible for them. That is what the hearing before Judge Murray was all about.

It doesn't matter where or who you bought them from. Who issued them is what matters. Didn't you pay attention to the hearing when CMKX's registration was revoked? A security doesn't become unregistered while it is out on the market. It has to be illegally issued by the company in the first place. Of course now that CMKX's registration has been revoked, all shares of CMKX are unregistered.
