The biggest issue with the fundamental structure of the company right now seems to be their heavy debt burden. Even so, they managed to turn a small profit in the last fiscal year.

Value Line mentioned in their September review that the price of Oil has a negative, if indirect, influence on BBD.B.TO's business. The good news mentioned is orders for smaller commercial jets needed to satisfy short haul and smaller air port air traffic.

Value Line places a very optimistic future value on the share prices for Bombardier. They were predicting a potential price rise to the 'teens. That's several hundred percent from here. They note that it is a risky future, however.
