The stock issued is 36mm shares now. The warrants would add another 54mm--but only if the stock goes to .08, and at that point, if converted, each of the new shares would bring in another .08 cash.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
