I have been talking and looking for this financing for six months. I don't want to rain on your parade, but we are in for some dilution like I had expected. I expected the Outstanding shares to increase to 105 million, looks like 107 million, if the warrants are not purchased. Why do you think no one is buying today? I love Mhan Opportunity's for a spike, but I will try to get the best price and .065 is not it. Mhan sold 102 units, each unit consisting of 357,143 of common stock and 535,714 to purchase warrants. I was expecting outstanding shares to increase to 105 million, this seems much higher. That is 36,428,586 million shares of common stock and 54,642,828 million common stock issued by the purchase of warrants at .08. Please correct me if I am wrong. Any thoughts? If you take 2.55 million in proceeds with the common stock of 36,428,586 it gives you .07pps. 2,550,000/36,428,586= .07pps. I will be contacting IR today, but I am expecting dilution and the Hedrin and Ast trail are not close to being underway. I am looking for massive dilution and I am sticking with it. We do have a winner here fellas in the long run, we need to beat them at there own game.
