Matrix - This same rounding issue popped up when the first OTCBB.com dividend ratio was announced. Most folks were dividing the number of shares by the printed ratio - which had 2 numbers dropped in the rounding (7 or 8 places out from the decimal). This made a huge difference when computing based on billions of shares. When the true OS (at the time) of 500B was reduced by the old retired share number of approx. 16+ billion, you could see where the rounding created a difference in the hundreds of millions.
