Hi Doubloon. Yes the basics are that we put the exploration effort in and own the mineral rights which we bring to the party and the mining company brings their mining operations and expertise to the party and we split the profits in some shape or fashion. No dispute from me there :o)

But nevertheless, Ken has stated that: This is expected to be the last change in capital structure to complete the portfolio of growth and ventures the company will be pursuing, barring any major joint ventures that may be pursued.

As I previously said, I could envision how a large mining company may want to negotiate a shareholding in a junior explorer as part of an overall deal, but this is only conjecture on my part. Others' opinions or experiences are welcomed...
