I must say that I am flummoxed regarding the non-action today. I realize that fence-sitters have been burned on a regular basis with amended agendas - rendering past hearings impotent - but this time we are approaching the hearing stronger and meaner than at any other point!

You just don't get it do you..

There's about 3 -4 dozen people here who still believe settlement is soon and millions who believe like me now that as per past BK history of this size this could take years and years with delay and appeals for a decade.

I sold 90% a couple of days ago and am keeping just a few for kicks and giggles.

JPMC/FDIC are NOT going to hand over billions of dollars without exhausting every nook and cranny of the legal and political system..

Listen you may be right, BUT there is not one piece of solid evident to support any theory that a settlement is imminent.

Preaching the same mantra over and over again before each court case doesn't make things happen.

Look, even Mordacai has dissappeared, probably sold his holdings and moved on to bigger and better things.

IMHO there's going to be a tremendous pullback after tomorrows non-event and a huge opportunity to keep buying and flipping which seems to be the best option over the next few months and years until this eventually gains some traction
