When your cost average is below .02 it doesn't dwindle. When you buy a dip and the stock moves up from that dip you get the same upward price movement for every share you have. Personally, I prefer averaging up rather than averaging down. I am still extremely confident in this stock.
Don't be offended but, I'm not going to tell you where to buy. That is a decision you will need to make yourself. What I will tell you is when you see sell orders hitting the bid wait till the selling subsides and start scaling in once you observe the buyers getting aggressive at certain price levels. Also pay attention to support levels and how close the stock is to those levels as well as how buyers act when the stock gets to those support levels. The first level of support for this stock is around .022. The second is around .019.
