N4wgh, No filing of Form 4 is required...

since sellers are filing their 144 paper as shareholders, NOT insiders... An "insider" is usually an Officer of the Company or someone who owns in excess of 5% of the share capital and I guess (ex?)girlfriends don't count as such...
