That is my point...When a 144 is filed, some point to it as a confirmed sale. It is only a vehicle to allow the sale. My info is that a subsequent filing is required to confirm the sale of the shares. That is a form 4, but I can't recall the the time requirement...probably within 30 days after the sale. I don't blame anyone for selling or buying. Some folks are already in the black. I am in red, but would buy to average down if I could. I see great potential in the future.
