Flaflyersfan, I finally realize that everything you have been telling me has been true all along.

I became asst. moderator of this board when this stock was around .008 and dropping.

Back then, I was thinking this could go to .02 or more....and back then there was a whole lot less outstanding stock.

Simple math: If there is more stock out there, then it is going to be that much harder to make this stock price go up.

And there is a WHOLE lot more stock out there.

When I got into ZVTK, the reported OS was close to 700M.

Now the REPORTED OS is 1.8B. It is gone up 250%.

And if they diluted the stock last quarter by an extra 1.2B....what do you think they have done THIS quarter, when the stock price is on the average even higher????

How much more stock has been dumped under the category of "conversion to debt?"

I would not be surprised if another 2B shares has been dumped.

That means it is going to be next to impossible for this stock to go back up.

I saw that video of "The anatomy of the pump and dump." I have seen everything in that video come true. EVERYTHING. I have even seen the part about the conspiracy theorists who think the moderators are in on some big scheme to make the stock PPS go down.

The only part of this video that is not true is when the moderator says, "The mods at this point are shaking their heads because they have seen this a thousand times before." This is the first time that I have completely and thoroughly analyzed a company that is a "pump and dump." As a mod, this is my first time.

I am a relative rookie in penny stock trading, and I have not seen this 1000 times before. I was one of the naive ones that thought this would go back up.

KingofPennies scolded me yesterday because I said something about "This could possibly go to a penny with good TV ads." He told me that people look up to what I say, and that this was irresponsible, because I should know this is really unlikely.

Well...he is right.

People want to know my agenda. It is probably the same as King's agenda. I don't want anyone to lose any more money.

I am not sure where ZVTK will go...but the LIKELIHOOD of this stock going to a penny again has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased because of the huge increase in OS. It could go up 10, 20, or 30%...after all, 30% is only .0006 at this level. But the likelihood of this getting back to a penny is highly unlikely.

Just think about the mathematics. You are buying stock. The SUPPLY more than doubled in the last quarter, and WHO KNOWS how much more has been dumped in this quarter. And the stock's popularity has significantly decreased....which means the demand has decreased.

ZVTK is over.

It appears to be completely legal on the books. There is nothing illegal about this...but so far, it has been a classic "PUMP AND DUMP."

To quote the video, "Statistically, the odds are against you that you will ever get your money out of this."

On a side note: Calling the CEO is probably not going to help. I am not even convinced that he is anything more than a figurehead for the people who are making the majority of the money for this company (which is the person who owns Interstellar, the company that holds the notes payable...this person named "Tarun" who is currently found guilty of conspiracy of violation of SEC regulations).

It makes sense for a businessman to find some guy, a banker being a good candidate, to be the CEO. Offer him some really good money for a banker to be the CEO, and then he becomes the figurehead for your pump and dump company.

The CEO for this company made a very small percentage of the money made from this company last quarter, but it is his name who is on all the SEC filings.

From my analysis of the reports, I am not convinced he even made 7 figures (he definitely made WELL into the 6 figures).

He's the "patsy."
