bluebird, I think it was a closer look at the 10-Q today;

The Convertible notes at .0001 have been in ZVTK's SEC filings since the November 2008 10KSB that the CEO did not put the financial numbers in;

I think that many realized today that 1.5-1.8 Billion shares were handed out at .0001 this year with potentially 2-3 times more than that yet to come.

$5,077 in revenues and 240 million unused S-8 shares may also have hindered future stock speculation here.
