Will what makes you think Sask authorities waited over a year?

Note that in addition to the unregistered securities bit, and don't confuse them using acronyms for company names with stock symbols, there is this line in the Sask cease trading news:

"The Securities Division is
concerned about the trading activities of these companies as well as news
releases they have issued about their operations."

It's basically the same concern the SEC has with USCA PLUS the unregistered bit.,
