Neither the SEC nor the Sask authorities takes action unless it has some evidence. They don't move on unsubstantiated complaints. I certainly wish they were faster, but they're bound by the law.

In some cases it's taken the SEC three or four years after a suspension or initial investigation to bring a lawsuit.
