Although you have to like the fact that he claims to drive a CNG car, Hackett comes sometimes across to me like a car salesman, and I think APC has a tendency toward being unduly self-promotional. Combined with heavy insider selling after the Sierra Leone announcement in Sep 2009, I consider this a red flag.
