what happens if the company that is being naked shorted change its cusip# to force the brokers to buy-in or shorters to deliver shares? is that a plausible solution if your stock is being naked shorted. i have invested $$$$$$ in a mining company and it is being driven down by nite. it is very fustrating because it is hard for company to raise capital with nite is driving the price down. do you recommend pulling stock certificate? i plan on holding this stock for a long time.
