Thanks for partially quoting and rewording what I just said! Every public company nasdaq or pink or whatever sells shares. From the initial ipo shares are sold. How many they add or when they choose to sell(dilute) them make a difference.

Microsoft has about 8 billion in the float. Had microsoft issued them 25 years ago that would of been bad. SO......

Its how and when its done that matters
