I just finished a few hours of DD on ITKG.

First I contacted MDB Capital to ask them about the PR they put out on thestreet.com concerning the "Best and Brightest" list of stocks which of course included ITKG.

I spoke with George Brandon at MDB. I told him I saw the "Best and Brightest" list and wanted to ask him what he knew about ITKG that might help me make an investment decision. (BTW, I'm paraphrasing, and I hope I spelled his last name correctly as the receptionist was slightly difficult to understand as she had a mild accent)

George said the Best and Brightest list was generated from a proprietary filter they created mainly to search for small companies that have patents.

I will cut to the chase to save you all some time and reading as George was gracious enough to give me a big picture view of what MDB does and how and why they do it.

George said at this point they no nothing about ITKG other than they have 43 patents.

I shared my view of ITKG with George and he replied that it takes a lot of time and money to get patents, and most companies likely have something going for them with that many patents.

I found out that George's claims concerning patents is actually not completely true. Please understand that I'm not putting George down on this point as he was so helpful to me and he said I'm the only one that has ever given him a call like this concerning this over all topic. My hat is off to George for giving me so much of his time.

I have a relative that owns 3 patents and he said, yes, it can be a lengthy and exspensive process getting a patent, UNLESS you know the right guy!

My relative worked his azz off for a year to get his first patent completed. Then he met a guy with expert knowledge and experience in the process of obtaining patents. This man said my relative's patent needed to be redone if he hoped to have a chance with his invention. This guy offered to get the new patent and pay for the whole process. 2 weeks later my relative had a new patent. Moral of the story, if you know the right guy you can crank out patents without the same hassle that the common, unexperienced man would encounter. Period.

What my relative learned about patents was that all a patent really does is give you the right to sue. It DOES NOT mean you have distruptive or undiscovered technology! BTW, a patent pending, among other things enables a company to protect its IP while they develop their technology. Once a full patent is issued then everybody can see the whole story but the company is then protected after disclosure of their secrets. Naturally this reality leaves the door open for fake companies to present themselves as legit. This is one of the many things that allows the market to be exploited with story lines that are not backed up with the goods.

In conclusion, George said they will ultimately choose 50 companies from the original Best and Brightest list to go forward with more research and presentation.

Bottom line...ITKG being on this list actually means nothing factual about their potential. It only means they have patents.

That's not to say that MDB won't continue to see ITKG meet other criteria that MDB is looking for in small disruptive companies.

But 14 years of a lack of delivery on the part of ITKG certainly keeps them on a questionable list to say the least. Granted somethings take a long time to develop and market, but ITKG has claimed once too many times that they were going to market only to deliver NOTHING. And it would appear that this process on behave of ITKG is on going.

My personal view after all that I have learned on my own, coupled with the info that other posters have provided, couple with a lack of answers and proof from loyal longs and ITKG tells me through common sense that ITKG is a shell of a company that simply encourages the buying of their stock via PRs, etc.

If someday I learn differently I will invest in ITKG, but I don't think it will ever happen.
