I think that decision will be entirely up to the Board of Directors. There were plenty of shares available, nearly 100 million, last time I looked. The shareholders voted unanimously, no overwhelmingly,(93.5%)to authorize that many a while back.

With a development stage company such as this one, it could be as informal as.....

Bill: Hey Bill, the bank acount is running a bit low. Those accounts payable guys are getting a bit nasty and I`m not sure whether we can cover this months Beemer payments.

Bill: No problemo. I`ll get on the phone and start making a few calls. I`ll let you know when we`ve been "touched by an Angel". Heh, heh, heh.

Bill: I`ll go ahead and start the paperwork. Make sure you sign it before you leave today. Does $0.25 a share sound reasonable?

Bill: Hey, that`s what we did last time and we got away with it. We just won`t announce it until the deal is done. Hey, we`re the Board.....we get to do stuff like that. It justifies that paycheck we give ourselves each week.

Bill: Boy, it`s almost lunchtime. Nothing like a positive board meeting to stimulate the appetite.
