joe' not to be arguementive , it seems curious that a person of Steven M. Plumb's background - CPA , president of Clear Financial Solutions, CFO for several health care companies including CFO for several divisions of Memorial Hermann Hospital would take the CFO position at Bederra Corp if BEDA was a scam operation.
Perhaps you can share some thoughts on this.
