Johnsons dont "OWN" the company, they own a large chunk that they have given themselves, however WE, the investors of this POS also own a part of it.

In order to sell the company the board, (it is my opinion that all the board members are Johnsons) would need to authorize the sale then we would all get $ for the sale.

Each share would be purchased by the buyer from us.
