I didn't start here with any agenda... in fact expected I'd like what I found here, thinking it would validate my prior expectations... Began with a bias in favor of the company, based on my prior look at the geology.

The shift I've made here was purely as a function of doing the DD and finding the facts IN THE BUSINESS are NOT well aligned with the story that is being flogged...

Facts are facts... and I tell the facts like they are...

Good potential in the geology, total crap in the structure, and an array of large red flags waving in how management has presented what they have... That is what any basic effort in DD will show.
