It does make me think about all those fancy new houses I see going up and all that bank debt that is paying for them.

It also makes me glad I'm debt free for now.

My goal's always been to beat inflation by 5% no matter where it heads. That doesn't sound like a lofty goal to many, but it is challenging to do so after living expenses, just the same.

Any comments????
