I got it thanks.

He would buy more at 0.04 to 0.05 so he could average down to 0.10 then while on the greys he would wait for the pps to go to..........wait what would the pps have to go to to lessen his loss?

I must be smarter than Pike, or better equipped, he should buy a calculator.
