I don't think pike was counting on the lawsuits .. the mets suing
- MSG suing and 3 class action law suits to be filed .. and the company writing bad checks

he was counting on the PPS to go back up some after the suspension
so he could sell into the increase from where he averaged down.

and reduce his loss

the company has told everyone .. its business as usual and would be filing the reports
