I have asked this forum as well as you a direct question several times as it is a simple question.
You don't wish to answer the question, your call. (But, at no time have I ever said you were promoting the NUEC stock).
But that information should be on this forum or the NUEC forum and I can't find it, maybe because I can no longer do a text search as all I now have is a free membership.
That info should still be available as the failed proposed second attempt to do a makeup dividend from ANVH to make up for the first cancelled dividend.
If you are implying the new stock dividend to holders of Anviron stock as of a date of last June was the sole entitlement to that cancelled dividend, then no it was not as Steve Young had proposed a make up dividend that of course never materialized.
The first dividend, even if it was to be made up, should have been to holders of record when the ANVH stock went ex-div on 12/29/2008 and that dividend should have been made up and the DTC Global Lock might have been lifted.
To intentionally cheat them out of a dividend and only give one to holders of the stock many months later that did not have their stock held by others against the shareholders will is also a scam and I have no need to tell the company how I feel as their insiders already know how I do feel about this.
To paraphrase another, I don't have to own any stock in this new company to warn others it is also a scam as there has been NO PROOF that any products have ever existed.
Just because they say they willingly report as they are still just a pink, doesn't mean they have ever said one word of truth to this date, does it ?
Why would I need to call the company seeking the truth that I do not expect they have the capacity to tell ?
