Let me put the question out there:

Can the shareholders file a class action suit against Drago and the other parties responsible for the value drop? If there was enough evidence showing he had a malicious plan to drop the value or steal from the company (and thus shareholders) we could file a suit against him personally to recover damages. I would say this would be a good idea after all is said and done with Calypso's suits.

Has there ever been a precedent like this we can look at to see if this is even an option?
