You think Dave wasted time and effort by saving the company? CLYW would be bankrupt by this time if Dave hadn't pushed back on Drago/Jimmy's attempt to illegally foreclose. There's no witch hunt, the true intentions of all involved are well known and documented. Jimmy and Drago have shown criminal intent. Dave will not stop until things are set right for shareholders.
Now that the 4/3/08 agreement is regarded as being in effect, with proper joinder, assuming that Drago & Jimmy do finally cooperate (as they agreed to do 4/3/08) and which cooperation they again pledged to provide in federal court filings, Calypso can FINALLY pursue the case with T-Mobile.
For the record, CLYW is the plaintiff. Jimmy & Drago agreed in the 4/3/08 agreement to be named in the TMobile suit, but not as plaintiffs, only for proper joinder. They have never complied, only promised and promised again. Meanwhile, T-Mobile has moved for dismissal as a result of their malfeasance as we wait for them to comply. If T-Mobile gets this dismissed, Calypso should add to their complaint against JW/DD, as the lack of cooperation is in breach of contract. Damages are incalculable. Beans and rice, baby. Even Dave Williams has had to eat some beans and rice.

They already know with proper joinder, and assuming the TMobile lawsuit is not dismissed with prejudice, that the lawsuit can and will move forward. What they do know that they don't know is how much damage for which they will be held liable if Calypso's cross complaint is adjudicated by a jury. Jimmy could be disbarred.
