A strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal. The word strategy has military connotations, because it derives from the Greek word for general.[1] IF they tucked away a 100 mil this would be at .002 or higher anyway

although they agree in theory on the plan , the meeting today i assume (in two weeks 1/29) was to complete the strategy

then they will impliment the plan of action - that could take only a day or two , or even right after the meeting , most likely next week , just intelligiently guessing

Then this is if everyone holds the low , the bottom , the buyback should increase the shareholder value by raising the pps with the buyback ,
