I have been watching this stock since it was ACI Telecentrics and I was a customer service rep for another customer service organization. In 2001 I was the big boys, and watching to see if these guys could make the grade. They never really turned it around, but had some Real Estate lockups that were attractive at the time. So I kept watching.

I like Jag now because the price is near the strike price of the dilution.
