Courier may have been a poor choice for the desired word. A one megaton device can weigh one ton. One or two men in a smallish speedboat, largish small aircraft, an oil freighter moving up the Houston Ship Channel or it could arrive in the cargo hold of a 747. However one would wish to deliver it I would suspect that one or two dedicated persons would be in attendance. The scenario of the freighter is rather frightening because a much larger device could be used and the infrastructure damage would be enormous. http://www.psr.org/Helfand1.htm
