There are no "Courier" megatons bombs, period, you can make a very light bomb from Americium (critical mass under 50 grams), but the yield of such a device is less than a kilotons. You can even make a 50 kg U235 or Pt bomb, but the yield once more is well under the megatons range. The Mega range is the domain of fusion bombs.
