Well I'm not sure what all Paul was planning on putting on the new website, however if any or all of the content that had to be rebuilt (especially with no back up and or hired someone new) had to be run through legal (Carl) then he could very well be what's holding this up. jmho

Having said that I would hope Paul would be spending 99.99% of his time on contracts (per Nadine the lady at the office he's working on contracts) be it sales/manufacturing. I hope to some extent the website is on the back burner of his mind since if others are working on it there is nothing he can do.

I think it's sad to see a sell off because of a website that has little impact on the bottom line. I know if I were Paul it would be on the bottom of my to do list with so many other things pressing. Now if we had a marketing campaign relying on this and we were selling cars or expensive jewelry I could understand the concern for a really nice website. However as someone else has stated sales will be done mouth to mouth. Looking out at other websites not all are that impressive. For example Bank of America which holds 2 trillion in assets has a website that when you look at it has no frills what so ever, it gives simple basic information.

If i'm Paul and 50 years old how serious would I be taking this especially having resigned from other things to do this? I think quite. Been watching and reading what I can since October. Thinking back to things that aren't posted in the ibox. When Paul was in Korea for example people calling Korea to comfirm the merger. The posting with links to a news blurb in Korea about an American company and the Bioharp etc. The fact that Mr. Lee and other board members are counting on Paul making this happen and to be successful.

All right I'm done... my rant for today.
