Thanks zeev for the ref. to your "Principia Floorlesstica". Very interesting.

I'm mainly trading only one stock: AMD. I prefer knowing well one Co. than the false security of diversifying. So I can follow fairly well the situation of this co. including dept and convertible.

But lately I adventure in bottom fishing NT (in at avrg $1.55). They then goes in financing that result in massive dilution of shares. So here my question:

Q. How do I know if a co. is trapped in floorless convertibles and could you tell me if NT is in this situation?
