Telling it's investors that it has aquired more land around two of it's most promising properties is not "nothing" nore is it "fluff". It is very important company information that shareholders need to know.


Your statements hold no water here with this company. KATX has done plenty, and released a great deal of information about what they have done. I think alot of people here have no idea what Mine Exploration companies actual do. They don't just go out and do test drills on land they own. It's a process. First they go out and try to find promising land and then they quire it. Then they do soil and hand grab samples. Once they study these then they define targets for deeper drilling. At this point they usually need more money as test drilling is pricey, which in our case we secured financing from private investors. Now they are simply waiting for the rest of the soil samples to come back from the lab to select a few more test drill targets and they will be ready for test drilling.

This process can take months to years depending on the company. KATX is at the very end of this process and ready to do the test drills. So to say this company "has dproduced nothing" is 1000% completely wrong and just a ignorant statement to make. The whole reason KATX is where its at now is because of all the hard work they have done to get here.
