It's my belief that people are selling on PRs not news. It has all been heard before and been done before. Rumors and innuendoes from a penny stock that has actually produced nothing mean nothing.

This is not to say I believe KAT will forever produce nothing, just that so far it has not produced. When this happens people trade, flip and accumulate all of which doesn’t do a whole lot for the pps.

Big news will make it run, until then it’ll bounce up and down all day long, with flippers trying to time it so they make $$$.
All just a guess on my part, not even an educated one at that.
