Can you tell me...

What is the best way to back up a hard drive?

External hard drive? Casper?

If you go with Casper, what happens if your main hard drive goes? My Mom and sister have all these questions that I don't know the answer to.

She has a 250GB hard drive with 191 GB of free space available.
