I'm not sure that 20% would affect the PPS much here (which was what the main point to what I said was about). Yes, the news of such would send it Wayyyy over the 20% increase -- I agree. But people are obviously selling and some 5mm shares are traded every day. There is nothing to stop a company/individual from lapping up the shares without increasing the PPS "today" simply because of poor wording of these PR's -- or was it poor? or was it timed this way?

We could theorize all day long and get no where.
