It is hard to tell if they will be out that soon. Those darn lawyers seem to want to suck all the money they can out of companies before they emerge. Without actually being in the courtroom and seeing all of the dockets, which I don't have time, this will be a play of timing speculation.
I do know that malls are part of the US culture and are not going anywhere. I know that GGWPQ is on the radar on Bloomberg Television and will get tremendous publicity on any good news, so the pps could skyrocket at any moment.
I am satisfied with my holdings, yet waiting for another spike down to pick up more. A spike down has occured two times from what I can remember and it dropped straight down, then straight back up. Not that this will happen, but I am watching. I am also considering of adding more, as I am confident we will fall within Ackman's price range of pps.
