I think that they may sell only if the pps is overvalued so much that they would be afraid of getting sued by the shareholders for turning down the offer.

I went to GGP's web site and looked at all the properties that are out of BK because their loan was refinanced or extended with terms that both parties agreed to and was approved by the judge. The number of properties out of BK is large. The 3 office buildings have been taken out of BK. At least 160 Malls are out as well.

Do you feel that GGP will be out of BK in 1 to 1 1/2 months as I do?
