I saw in an interview that the CEO (Bloomberg) implied that they don't even want to sell ANY of their assets, which means to me that they will be fine and come out of BK. It seems the CEO simply does not want to sell a mall for less than what it is worth. I can wait for this spring or summer for $60 or whatever...Ackman was in the mid 20's to mid 40's.

If they change their mind and can't refuse a buyout, they will be sure that Ackman is taken care of as well as all of the other shareholders. I like the fact that they seem to truely want to maximize shareholder value.
